Passenger tasers Uber driver and flees after stealing his wallet in Manhattan

A woman assaulted her Uber driver with a taser before taking his wallet and fleeing through the streets of Manhattanthe New York police stated on Sunday.
The shooting took place at E. 102nd and First Ave. in East Harlem around 1:30 a.m. Nov. 13, when the 55-year-old victim picked up the passenger, authorities said.
When he arrived at the agreed destination at W. Ninth St. and Sixth Ave. in Greenwich Village, the woman called out to him, “Look at me,” before shocking the driver three times in the right shoulder with the Taser, officials said.
The victim warned the suspect that he would call the police, and she replied, “You can call whoever you want,” before grabbing the driver’s wallet from the center console of her vehicle and running away east on W. Ninyh. st, explained.
The Uber driver refused to receive attention from the paramedics at the site. The thief took with her the driver’s wallet, which contained $375 in cash, his credit cards, and his personal identification.according to the police.
The passenger was captured on security camera footage using the man’s credit card at a McDonald’s on Eighth Ave. near W. 43rd St. in the Theater District on the day of the robbery.
The woman was described by authorities as approximately 25 years old, 5-foot-5, 125 pounds, with a slim build and black dreadlocks.
In addition, She was last seen wearing a red hoodie with the Nike logo on the front, black pants, black shoes, and a large white bag.
