VIDEO: Subject snatches bag from 77-year-old woman, throwing her to the ground in The Bronx
The assaults in New York City continue. Now it was the turn to an adult over 77 years of age, whose bag was snatched by a subjectthrowing the defenseless woman to the floor.
The events occurred on Friday morning in a building located at Kossuth Avenue and East Mosholu Parkway North.
In a video shared by the NYPD It shows the moment when the elderly woman slowly walks down a corridor, she looks hunched over, closely followed by a subject, who snatches her bag.
She doesn’t appear to be struggling, but when the attacker yanked the bag from her arm, she appeared to be stuck, so she fell to the ground.
The thief escaped and the Police ask for help to locate him.
The New York authorities have been criticized for the assaults and other acts of violence in the Big Apple, even this problem was a key part in the electoral debate that almost made the Democrats lose the government of the state.
