NJ teacher arrested after 4-year-old used marijuana

Avi Mandel, a New Jersey high school teacher, was arrested for allegedly giving a 4-year-old boy enough marijuana that he had to be taken to a hospital, because he was lethargic and couldn’t keep up.
The boy was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center on Tuesday, authorities reported today. Medical tests indicated that his body contained tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the main psychoactive compound in cannabis.
Mandel, 30, was arrested later that day on charges of child endangerment and possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and narcotics.
Teaneck (Bergen County) police determined the boy was in Mandel’s custody when he used the substance. His relationship to the boy was not immediately clear.detailed NBC News.
